Coface Transparency Charter

Coface is implementing a Transparency Charter to improve dialogue and maintain confidence between companies throughout the world. This Charter is available to the 130,000 Coface clients and millions of these companies’ own customers. By registering, they will access their Coface rating and its evolution, free of charge; and they will be able to confidentially correct or complete Coface information on their company.

Coface is well aware of its responsibilities for maintaining confidence between all trading companies. To this end, we have implemented a Transparency Charter that is open to all Coface clients and their customers only worldwide. In so doing, Coface is helping all companies to manage an image of solidity.

Who can benefit from the Transparency Charter?
It is open to all Coface clients and their customers only.

What are the benefits of the Transparency Charter?
- You receive directly Your Coface @rating score and you are entitled to a follow up for a one year period
- You are able to correct or complete information that Coface has on Your company
- You maintain confidence between You and Your partners
- You participate in reinforcing Your image of reliability

How does it work?
- You download a ‘Transparency Form’ from our website. - Fill in the form and return it by e-mail to us
- Your request will be processed within a few days according to the country
- Our colleague will contact you for the result
- It is free of charge

How long may you benefit from this offer?
- One year period effective from the date of the first enquiry

How do you request it?
You register your request online by clicking on the banner from your website, downloading the dedicated ‘Transparency Form’ to be filled in and sent to transparency_hk@coface.com.

How do you explain the @rating score?
The @rating score indicates the default probability of a company within one year period, on a scale from 1-10.

How does one request a revision of a scoring?
If you wish to request a revision of your scoring, we invite you to fill in the ‘Transparency Form’ and supply us with complementary information on your company to transparency_hk@coface.com
They will be transferred to our teams specialised in business information and underwriting for analysing and modification.
